The all NEW Broker Select incorporates the fantastic software with a broker focus. Broker Select allows a user to complete an application form and be given a list of product options. They simply select up to 3 of those options and the brokers who have those products automatically receive an email with the persons contact and application details. The rest is up to you the broker.
As a broker you will only ever receive enquiries from users who are ready to act. They want to talk to you, they want to do business.
While the new Broker Select is officially launched on the 1st July you can get on board now and your first 12 months won’t start until 1st August.
HOW MUCH
The minimum period for Broker Select registration is 12 months and that will cost you $1320 per year ($110 pm). If you’d rather pay by the quater the cost is $363 (121 per month). It will pay for its self if you settle just one loan in 12 months. Settle 2 and you’re smiling. Settle 10 and you are a happy vegimite. Settle 20 and you’re big decision will be what colour sports car you’d like.
HOW DOES IT WORK FOR YOU
When you register you’re given access to your own control panel. In there you put your company profile (can be seen by users).
You then enter the product profiles of those products you want to offer. It’s up to you to maintain and ensure the accuracy of those products.
When a user gets selects one of your products you’ll receive an email with a copy of the application along with contact details. At that point you make contact with the users and hopefully arrange their loan.
HOW DOES IT WORK FOR THE USER
1. The user does an application and hopefully gets a match or several matches. The broker and product details aren’t made available at that time.
2. At this point the user can simply walk away OR they can activate their enquiry by providing their details. Broker Select then sends them an activation code. They enter that into the system and they’ll then be shown the details of the loans they matched. Again not the broker or funder details.
3. The user can then select up to 3 of the matched loans that appeal to them.
The Broker Select system is the most qualified lead system in Australia. My Home Loan Approval will give you quality leads but Broker Select will give you even higher quality leads.
